EFL – Internal Auditor (zastępstwo)

Your key responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver internal audit engagements in line with professional standards and internal methodology.
Partner with business stakeholders to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide clear, insightful, and practical recommendations that support business objectives and enhance efficiency.
Prepare audit documentation and reports within agreed timelines.
Track and follow up on remediation actions to ensure sustainable improvements.
Support Internal Audit management in resource planning and prioritization.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological developments impacting the business.
Act as a trusted advisor, fostering constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

1–2 years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or related fields.
Solid understanding of business processes, controls, and operations.
Professional certifications (CIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Very good command of English.
Experience in Financial Services or a regulated industry is an asset.
