Tasks and challenges in the position:
- managing the subordinate area and the team in order to provide effective financial data to the Company management, incl. ad-hoc tasks
- supervising the preparation of monthly reports on the company’s activities, with qualitative financial analysis of business dynamic
- coordinating the budgeting process in the EFL Group: planning, implementation and control over the budgeting process for stand-alone entities and consolidated perimeter
- creation of business models and financial analyses, together with their maintenance and management
- streamlining the reporting process, contributing to the development and implementation of new controlling tools
- coordinating and leading the financial controllers team in different Group projects, where changes of the mode is required or reporting process is subject to change
- using extensive knowledge of the financial controlling to identify possible technological changes for processes optimization and efficiency improvement
We expect candidates:
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the financial area
- good understanding of financial controlling, incl. budgeting process
- experience in the development of complex financial and controlling models
- demonstration of excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, inspiration of team members
- practical knowledge of MS Office tools
- very good command of English
- experience and awareness of financial product/ market peculiarities and economic environment will be an asset
- knowledge of financial engineering will be an asset
