3Radosław Kuczyński has been working in the financial sector for 18 years. He is a graduate of the University of Wrocław. He also studied in France, where he completed his postgraduate studies in industrial system management at Ecole Centrale de Paris. Radosław Kuczyński commenced his professional career in 1995 in the headquarters of Lucas in Wrocław. In mid-1997, he established cooperation with the BNP Paribas group and commenced work in the statistical analyses department of BNP Paribas Personal Finance (formerly Cetelem) in Paris. In subsequent years, he has held managerial positions in the headquarters and foreign branches of Cetelem and BNP Paribas. From 1998, he worked as a Director of the IT Department, initially in Cetelem Polska and later in the German branch of the company, where from 2004, he was also responsible for the financial planning and controlling department. Between 2006 and 2007, Radosław Kuczyński was the Deputy Director of the Eurasia-North America Region in the headquarters of the BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group in Paris. Over the next 4 years, he worked as a member of the management board for the UkrSibbank bank in Ukraine, where he was responsible for the development of the Personal finance business line. From 2011, Radosław Kuczyński was a member of the management board for Cetelem in the Czech Republic, responsible for marketing and sales.

Radosław Woźniak received his education at the Electronic Department of the Wrocław University of Technology. He has 17 years of professional experience. Between 1994-1997, he conducted his own business activity in the IT and telecommunications sector and subsequently he worked in Getin Service Provider as the company’s Vice-President. In October 2003, Radosław Woźniak joined Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. as Project Manager. In January 2004, he became the Deputy Sales Director and subsequently PSA Project Manager. Later he took the position of Managing Director of the Auto Finance Business Line, after which he was appointed Managing Director of the Retail Leasing Business Line. From September 2009 to September 2010, he worked with International High Perspective Crédit Agricole S.A. In January 2010, he was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board for EFL S.A., responsible for Sales and Marketing. Apart from being Vice-President of the Management Board, Radosław Woźniak is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Carefleet SA and EFL Finance S.A.

12Paweł Lewandowski commenced his professional career in 1998 as Key Account manager at the Austria Creditanstalt Bank in Wrocław. At the end of 1999, he established a cooperation with the EFL Group by creating the Special Sales Department as a unit dedicated to sales support for corporate clients. In subsequent years, he held managerial positions in the risk area. From 2002, he worked as a deputy and later as Director of the Risk Management Department, initially being responsible for the area of credit and risk policy areas and later, from 2007, as the Managing Director also in the area of debt collection, post-leasing sales, and agreements control.  Between 2005 and 2014, Paweł Lewandowski worked simultaneously in Credit Agricole Bank Polska, initially as an Advisor to the Management Board responsible for the creation of the risk management and credit processes function for the SMEs segment, and subsequently as a Director of the Risk Department for the SMEs area. Since 1 June 2015, he has been holding the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of EFL responsible for Operations.

Liwia Kwiecień has been working with Credit Agricole for more than 6 years, initially as the Department Director, subsequently as the Managing Director, and currently as a Member of the Management Board responsible for the human resources area.

She is an expert in the human resources management area with over 20 years of experience in international business, including 10 years in global B2B corporations, 4 years in the consumer goods sector, and currently 6 years in the financial sector. She has also experience working in a multi-cultural business environment.

She commenced work in 1994, in the HR department of Foster Wheeler (global leader in technological solutions for the energy sector). Subsequently, as human resources development manager, she worked in Lurgi (leader in the construction of petrochemical industrial installations). In Bombardier Transportation (manufacturer of signalling systems for railway vehicles) she worked at the position of the human resources director for Poland and Russia, and later, from 2005, she was the human resources director in Whirlpool group in Poland, from where she decided to move to EFL.
In her career, she has developed and implemented numerous human resources projects related to such areas as organisational culture, the involvement of employees, recruitment and development of talents, development of remuneration systems, implementation of technological solutions to the human resources area, outsourcing of HR processes, and much more.

Since 1 June 2015, she has been holding the position of Member of the Management Board for HR in EFL.

Paweł Bojko commenced his professional career in 1996 as a product manager in the headquarters of Lucas, at that time the only manufacturer and importer of LG equipment in Poland. In 1997-1999, he worked in the FMCG sector in Kesz as the head of analysts and later as marketing manager. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked at IMPEL SA where he was responsible for marketing and later also managed the strategic planning department. From 2001, in EFL SA, he held the positions of deputy marketing director, advisor to the management board for strategic planning, and, later, controlling director. From 2007, he worked as the Managing Director of the Finance Division and at the same time as the Company’s proxy and a member of the supervisory board of subsidiaries – EFL Finance SA, Carefleet SA and EFL Service SA.

Since 1 June 2015, he has been holding the position of Member of the Management Board for Finance in EFL.

He started his professional career in 1988 in the Chaix Bank (a regional subsidiary of HSBC Group), where he held the positions of credit risk analyst, business customer advisor, and Department Manager. Between 1993 – 1997, he worked in Crédit Agricole du Midi at the position of corporate customers account manager in the Montpellier business centre and manager of the bank’s local branch in Grande Motte.

Subsequently, between 1997 and 2003, he worked in the General Inspection of the Crédit Agricole Group (IGL). In September 2011, he was appointed Head of the mission. Audit missions were carried out both in Regional Banks and in the Central Group. During the missions, he was responsible for the main areas subjected to audit: credits, banking, sales, risk, finance, and accounting. In 2003 – 2006 he was Market Director in Crédit Agricole Corsica, where he was responsible among others for the operation of two Enterprise Headquarters, managing the activities of local network advisers, and credit risk assessment. After completing his work in Corsica, he took the position of Internal Audit Director in Crédit Agricole Leasing (2006 – 2007).

From July 2007, he was the Credit and Operational Risk Director in Crédit Agricole Leasing &Factoring in France. He managed five departments: two responsible for transaction risk assessment (leasing and factoring separately), the legal department, post-leasing sales department, and the department responsible for processes of IT tools dedicated to making credit decisions.

Franck Poncin has a degree of master in economics. He graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences in Montpellier. He also has a Banking School Diploma – Institut de Banque (ITB).
